I had a wonderful stay with close access to Vivace Restaurant, just about a 5-minute walk away, and the beautiful La Encantada shopping center was only around 800 meters away, making my city strolls filled with great food and scenic views.

The breakfast made our stay!

The fresh omelets at breakfast stole the show and will be missed! The staff were attentive, and we loved the inviting outdoor spaces.

Unfortunately, the housekeeping service was lacking. We found ourselves asking for fresh towels and dealing with dark hallways during our stay.

The hotel offers beautiful views and spacious rooms, making it a great choice for relaxation. However, the breakfast could use more variety, and housekeeping was lacking at times. Overall, a solid stay, but just a few areas need improvement.

We loved the heated pool and the made-to-order breakfast! Plus, we found a great hiking trail nearby that was perfect for the whole family, even our babies enjoyed the scenic views.

In my wife's opinion, the pull-out bed could have been comfier for our kids. A better blanket option would be great for families.

The stay at Embassy Suites was pleasant and well-organized. The breakfast included a made-to-order omelette station and various fresh fruit selections. The pool area offered a relaxing environment, and the staff were consistently friendly and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and included all necessary amenities for a comfortable business trip.

The check-in process was impressively quick, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the freshly made sandwiches for breakfast. However, the room showed significant wear, with a toilet paper holder ready to fall out of the wall, and the overall design felt cramped and poorly planned. Limited breakfast options were disappointing, showcasing overcooked items with no variety. Despite being in a nice neighborhood, the parking situation was inconvenient, adding unnecessary stress to the stay.

Our stay was really enjoyable with yummy breakfast options and a fantastic evening reception that had a good variety of snacks and drinks. The outdoor swimming pool was refreshing, and we loved lounging by it during our downtime. The only downside was paying for parking, which was a bit confusing, but it didn’t ruin our fun overall. 😊

But getting into the room felt like an Olympic event—hello, hip check! And those beds had a bit of a ‘water bottle cap souvenir’ situation going on.

Our anniversary getaway was delightful! The staff, especially Alondra at the front desk, impressed us with her kindness and helpfulness. Relaxed at the pool with a gorgeous view while enjoying a hearty breakfast.

Loved the spacious rooms and outdoor pool vibe! The happy hour snacks were enjoyable, and the lovely mountain views from the balcony were a hit! Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a safe neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay in a Non-Smoking King Suite Mountain View. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast featured made-to-order omelets and fresh fruit. The pool area was a perfect spot to unwind, though the hotel could improve on offering better information regarding room choices and layout.

The room was super comfy with a large separate area for watching TV and eating. Air conditioning worked well, and the bed was cozy. Cleanliness was top-notch, as always. There was a bit of a maze to navigate to get to our room, but once inside, everything was great.
